Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia recently issued a memorandum disbursing the productivity enhancement incentive (PEI) to City Hall employees, providing each with P5,000.

According to the order, the distribution is for 2017 and should not go out before Friday, December 15.

He added, the incentive is set by the Department of Budget and Management./WDJ
