Capitol recently beat Algeria Farm, 79-62, in the ongoing 2017 D’League at the STI-West Negros University gym.

RR dela Cruz scored all of his game-high 20 points in the first period, contributing to a 27-9 lead for Capitol in the opening quarter. The leaders managed to extend their sizable lead, heading into halftime up 46-21.

In the third period, Algeria Farm slightly chipped away at the lead, going into the fourth quarter down 54-36, but it was not enough to catch up.
