The City Population Office (CPO), in partnership with the Department of Social Services and Development (DSSD) and Violence Against Women Council (VAWC), held a seminar on responsible parenting for fathers in Barangay Estefania earlier this week.

The program covered topics including child rearing and assisting in pregnancy.

In addition, Benybeth Agbones of the CPO Population Program talked about responsible parenting; CPO Population Program Officer John Christopher Bais discussed about family planning; and VAWC desk officer, Senior Police Officer 4 (SPO4) Arlyn Torrendon, discussed domestic violence./WDJ
