The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has been running a series of livelihood and entrepreneurial seminars and trainings at the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC) since Monday, which will be coming to an end today, December 7.
Among the topics scheduled to be covered in today’s session include fruit juice processing, meat processing, chicken inasal, abodo, tocino, and chorizo.
Some of the earlier subjects featured included flower arrangement, hair cutting and coloring, food preservation, bar soap making, basic marketing and selling, among other matters.
According to the City Cooperative and Livelihood Development Office (CCLDO), who partnered with the city government to conduct the event, around 500 took part in the event as of Tuesday, December 5./WDJ
