The Negros Occidental provincial government and the Negros First Federation Ministers Association, Inc. (NeFFMA) yesterday launched the “Moral Transformation Towards a Drug-Free Province” manual, which were distributed to 60 pastors from across the province.
According to NeFFMA Provincial Livelihood Coordinator Perfecto Marañon, the manual seeks to utilize the advocacy of different pastoral communities to sustain peace throughout the province.
Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon, Jr. called on NeFFMA members to be “an inspiration to the people.”
Also present at the event were NeFFMA president, Pastor Alberto Jusayan; Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office deputy administrative director, Police Superintendent Joeresty Coronica; Provincial Veterinarian, Dr. Renante Decena; Provincial Human Resource Management Head, Atty.
