The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Export Management Bureau will be holding a free capacity-building seminar on information technology and business processing management (IT-BPM) services next week, December 12, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Bacolod Business Inn in Bacolod City.

The seminar seeks to provide the necessary interventions for IT-BPM services and to equip those in attendance with the tools and information for export trade development and promotion.

Among the topics set to be discussed include updates on the Philippine IT-BPM industry, IT-BPM opportunities throughout the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region and around the world, business intelligence and trends, among others.

The seminar is targeting IT-BPM firms, exporters, and entrepreneurs interested in the export market.
