The Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards and the Negros Occidental Real Estate Board, Inc. (PAREB-NOREBI) will be holding the 1st Real Estate Expo at the north atrium of SM City Bacolod, beginning Monday, November 27, and running until December 3.

BelleArte and Camella Homes will be featured as major exhibitors of the expo, along with participation by Deca Homes, FurenLand, Futura Homes, Lumina Homes, Metro-J Realty, Philippine Diversified Developers Corporation, RGG Homes, and SMDC.

Representatives from the Home Development Mutual Fund Corporation, or the Pag-IBIG Fund, will also be present to assist clients.

V3 Pestmaster will also be a part of the event as pest control and mitigation are considered vital in the construction business.

According to NOREBI President Eddie Pama, the expo will provide potential investors an opportunity to review the projects of various exhibitors./WDJ
