Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III recently directed Iloilo City Hall, along with various plazas throughout the city, to be lit up for Christmas beginning next week, December 1, at 5:00 p.m.

“There will be dancing and [the] singing of Christmas songs on the opening of lights,” he announced. “We’ll make sure that the program will be exciting for the public.”

The mayor noted, he wanted the plazas lit up before the start of Simbang Gabi./WDJ
