A free three-day, live-in drug rehabilitation seminar begins today, November 21, at the Gawahon Eco-Park in Victorias City.
The program seeks to develop the capability of trainees for a community-based rehabilitation program.
Training specialists on drug prevention control from the Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) will review universal prevention curriculum on substance abuse.
An approximate 50 participants will be joining the program.
The seminar is led by the Negros Occidental Drug Rehabilitation Foundation, Inc. (NODRFI), the Negros Occidental Drug Rehabilitation Center (NODRC), and the Victorias City government, in partnership with the United Nation Drug Control Program Colombo Plan and the DDB./WDJ
