Two sex workers were arrested by Police Station 8 (PS8) after they attempted to rob their client inside a hotel at the Goldenfields Commercial Complex in Barangay Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City.
Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) spokesperson, Police Senior Inspector Armilyn Vargas, refused to identify the victim, but noted he is a native of the Fujian province in the People’s Republic of China.
She also did not identify the suspects, although she confirmed they are aged 25 and 26 and are residents of Bacolod City.
Vargas said, based on investigations by PS8, the victim was taking a shower in his hotel room, when the two suspects decided to take his belongings.
A chase later ensued at the said commercial complex, which resulted in the arrest of the suspects.
