The Iloilo City Local Economic and Investment Promotion Office (LEIPO) recently conducted a training for 55 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) on meat processing and packaging at the Iloilo City Diamond Jubilee Hall.

“The training was a success for we were able to enhance their skills,” said LEIPO head Ritchel Gavan. “I’m sure they learned a lot.”

During the training, the Department of Science and Technology-Region VI (DOST-6) presented standards for food processing.

Beneficiary enterprises were also given packaging materials after the event./WDJ
