The Iloilo City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) office distributed education and livelihood assistance to 16 persons with disabilities (PWDs) following yesterday’s flag ceremony at the City Hall.

Ten were provided with P4,000 each in educational assistance, while another six each received P5,000 in livelihood assistance.
The project was organized in coordination with the Office of Persons with Disability Affairs./WDJ
