Fil-Sino Inter-Color Basketball Tournament

After reporting wins by Sweet Crystals Sugar and Basecom last Friday in the ongoing Fil-Sino Inter-Color Basketball Tournament at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School gym, Sweet Crystals Sugar registered another win recently, over AACI Transport, 81-78; while Basecom beat AACI Trading, 83-78.
Going into the final quarter, AACI Transport led, 60-48, however, Sweet Crystals Sugar managed to comeback, with 11 points from Ceasar Tan and nine from Matt Deles.
Deles went on to lead the team with 18 points, followed by Tan with 17, Joemarie Regalado – 13, and Alvan Rodriguez – 12.
Despite the loss, Jolly Castillo scored 19 points for AACI Transport.
In the other game, AACI Trading led going into the fourth period with a 67-60 advantage. However, after a series of turnovers, Basecom managed to work their way into the lead.
Yan Yan Dy led the comeback with 22 points, followed by Robbie Jalando-on with 16./JSG, WDJ
