2017 D’League: Akasya remains undefeated after beating SJI Dads

Akasya remains undefeated in the ongoing 2017 D’League after defeating SJI Dads, 76-58, last Thursday at the STI-West Negros University gym.

After taking a narrow 14-13 lead in the first period, Akasya extended their advantage to 35-26 at the break.

They then went on a 24-15 run in the third quarter and eventually were out of reach of their opponents.

Matthew Yap led Akasya with 14 points, followed by Paisa Alonzo and Michael Ledesma each adding 10./JSG, WDJ
