Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia is scheduled to give his State of the City Address (SOCA) today.

Based on report released by the Bacolod City Public Information Office, Leonardia will give his address at the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) session hall of the Bacolod City Government Center at 4:00 p.m.

He is expected to highlight achievements, including infrastructure, peace and order, and health.

Leonardia will also present a report of the city’s plans and objectives for the remainder of his mayoral term.

Bacolod City Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, meanwhile, said the SP will hold a special session on Monday, due to the All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day observances next week./DGB, WDJ
