The Iloilo City government will be hosting a Halloween celebration today, October 27, at the City Hall, starting with an 8:00 a.m. mass for departed loved ones on the third floor.

From 9:00 a.m. until 12 noon, costume and fancy booth contests will commence, with the costume contest open to children, grandchildren, and relatives of City Hall employees between the ages of three and eight.

The event, initiated by the City Gender and Development Team, aims to promote stronger bonds between City Hall employee-parents and their children./WDJ
