24 ‘Study Now, Pay Later’ recipients complete Japanese language and culture training

A total 24 “Study Now, Pay Later” recipients recently completed a three-month Japanese language and culture training with the Organization for Industrial, Spiritual, and Cultural Advancement (OISCA) Bago Training Center in Bago City yesterday.
The training, under instructors Yoshiako Kato and Osamu Aisaka, is aimed at producing Negrenses qualified to work in Japan.
The program is spearheaded by the Negros Occidental Scholarship Program (NOSP), in collaboration with OISCA./WDJ
