Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III met with United States Agency for International Development-Philippines (USAID-Philippines) Office of Environment, Energy, and Climate Change Director Jeremy Gustafson last week at City Hall, where they discussed possible collaborations on the city’s development plans.

“We are expecting full support from USAID,” said the mayor. “I am glad to know that they are very willing to help.”

During the meeting, Espinosa presented potential partnership opportunities and feasibility studies on drainage plans, traffic management, and the proposed establishment of a groundwater supply management program./WDJ
