The Kabisig People’s Movement (Kabisig), an organization that oversees the implementation of national projects and programs, opened the Kabisig Philippine Government Expo and Trade Fair at the SMX Convention Center at SM City Bacolod yesterday.

Scheduled to run until tomorrow, October 19, Kabisig Chair Daniel Guillen invited the public to take part in the event.

“It is a one-stop government information exhibit helping people to learn and appreciate the government,” he said.

Earlier, Guillen said he had around 40 private and government agencies joining the expo, including the Clark Development Corporation, the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office, and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth).

Victorias City, San Carlos City, and Bacolod City are also among the local government units taking part in the expo./WDJ
