Jeomel Jalea was named the winner of the “Nights of Mardi Gras” costume competition, which concluded last Thursday.
Jalea won P10,000 for coming in first place.
The second place entry was designed by Ethel Denoso, who won P7,000; while the P5,000 third place prize went to Jude Chael.
