MassKara Festival action officer, Bacolod City Councilor Em Ang, yesterday said the city is prepared for the arrival of President Rodrigo Duterte, scheduled to be in the city on October 22 for the ongoing MassKara Festival.

She said all concerned government agencies already finalized preparations, including the Presidential Security Group (PSG), who will oversee the president’s security.

Currently, the city councilor said they are configuring the seating arrangement for the president’s visit.
