Organic Solutions defeated Basecom, 69-63, while Sweet Crystals Sugar beat JSY Countertrade, 78-72, earlier this week in the ongoing Fil-Sino Inter-Color Basketball Tournament at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School gym.
Organic Solutions held a narrow 36-32 lead at the half, which later expanded to 60-42.
Basecom tried to mount a comeback in the final period, but it was not enough.
Julius Teruel led the victors with 18 points, followed by Lito Dumdum with 15 and Ronald Despi with 13.
However, despite the loss, YanYan Dy delivered 22 points for Basecom.
In the other game, JSY Countertrade led 23-14 in the first quarter, which would later flip when Sweet Crystals Sugar gained a 46-42 advantage by halftime.
Matt Deles led Sweet Crystals Sugar with 17 points, followed by Marc Lo with 12 and Cris Pascua with 10./WDJ
