AACI Trading defeated Organic Solutions, 84-77, while JSY Countertrade beat AACI Transport, 66-63, in the ongoing Fil-Sino Inter-Color Basketball Tournament at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School gym.
AACI Trading took a commanding 23-9 lead in the first period, with 15 delivered by Carlo Chu; however, that lead was soon cut down to 39-31 ahead of the halftime break.
In the third period, the eventual winners expanded their lead to 66-49 and held on through to the end of the game.
Chu led AACI Trading with 31 points, followed by Vincent Tan with 15.
In the other game, Andy Tio led JSY Countertrade with 20 points, followed by Alvin Dionela with 13 and John Villanueva with 12.
Despite the loss, Michael Ang scored a total 21 points for AACI Transport./WDJ
