Victorias City is expected to enter into a memorandum of agreement with humanitarian agency Memphis Mission of Mercy on Monday, October 9, to establish a new hospital in the city.

According to the deal, the city will provide a two-hectare lot for the establishment of the hospital, while Memphis Mission of Mercy will offer special privileges for city residents.
