The 14 graduates of the Bacolod City Public Library (BCPL) basic computer training program recently received their diplomas during a ceremony at the said library, located at Araneta-Libertad Streets.

Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia, Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, City Councilor Renecito Novero, and Executive Assistant Moises de la Cruz served as guest speakers.
The program, which is overseen by Remia Quebrar, runs for 26 days./WDJ
