Zumba instructors and group leaders recently took part in a choreography workshop in the Annex Building of the Bacolod City Government Center, ahead of the Electric Zumba sa MassKara competition, set to take place from October 20 to 21.

The workshop was conducted by Bob Aves, who composed the music for the 2017 MassKara Festival; co-producer Gerry Grey; and choreographer Daryll Odango.
During the workshop, Odango reviewed the steps teams could use for their routines.
A total of 10 groups have expressed interest in the event.
The Electric Zumba sa MassKara Champion will win P20,000 cash and receives an official MassKara trophy; while awards for Biggest Delegation, Best in Electric MassKara Zumba Outfit, Best in Choreography, Most Energetic, and Best in Banner will also be given out./WDJ
