A total of 18 coaches, including three from overseas, are currently taking the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) ‘B’ Coaching Certificate Course at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City.
This is the second such course organized by the Philippine Football Federation (PFF), which is being led by Davao Aguilas FC coach Marlon Maro and PFF Regional Coordinator John Carmona.
The course is open to coaches who hold an AFC ‘C’ coaching certificate and have been coaching for a minimum of two years. According to the AFC, the course is designed to “develop a better understanding of individual or groups of players, tactics and the mental requirements of the game.”/WDJ
