Pedestrian dies after being bumped by tricycle in Victorias City

A pedestrian was killed after being bumped by a tricycle along the national highway in Barangay 21, Victorias City, Tuesday morning.
Police identified the fatality as 48-year-old Joebert Revira, a resident of the said barangay.
Traffic investigators from the Victorias City Police Station determined Revira was crossing the highway when he was bumped by a tricycle driven by Leobert Baco, a resident of EB Magalona.
Revira was rushed to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) in Bacolod City, however, was declared dead on arrival by hospital staff.
Baco, meanwhile, surrendered to Victorias City police and could face vehicular manslaughter charges./WDJ
