Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon, Jr. announced the Seda Capitol Central Hotel, located by the Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol, will be having a soft opening today.
He said the soft opening is intended to cater to visitors who are currently in town for the MassKara Festival.
“They are opening since there is a shortage of hotel rooms in the city,” the governor explained.
Of the total 154 rooms, however, only select rooms are currently available.
Meanwhile, Marañon is scheduled to meet with Ayala Corporation, Seda’s parent company, at 10:00 a.m. today./WDJ
