The Redemptorist Church, in partnership with the Lopue’s Table Tennis Association (LOPTTA), hosted the Feast of San Lorenzo Ruiz Invitational Table Tennis Championship, which ended last Monday at the St. John Paul II Hall.
Danny Saban won the men’s executive category, John Michael Castro captured the men’s open, Micah Tanate dominated the women’s open, Dirk Nickholle Atilano claimed the boys’ 13-and-under category, and Kylie Sophia Villanueva took the girls’ 13-and-under title.
Meanwhile, the tournament also included a priests and pastors category, where the team comprised of Rev. Fr. Samuel Balboa, Rev. Pastor Judani Pimentel, Rev. Pastor Armando Villanueva, Fr. Warren Snook, and Pastor Alan Castillano won the division./WDJ
