In observance of the 50th anniversary of the annual Dinagyang Festival, set to take place in January 2018, the Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation, Inc. (IDFI) announced the celebration would include a lighted float competition.

“We will invite 50 companies, schools, civic organizations, among others, to participate,” said IDFI chairman Ramon Cua Locsin. “This will look like a parade of lights.”

The winner will receive P200,000, while P150,000 will be awarded for second place, and P100,000 for third place./WDJ
