Department heads and office managers of the Iloilo City government took part in an integrity seminar yesterday, conducted by the Human Resource Management Office, in partnership with the Office of the Ombudsman-Region VI.

A total of 27 officials took part in the integrity, transparency, and accountability in public service (ITAPS) seminar at the City Hall penthouse.

“We wanted to remind government employees of their roles as providers of public services,” said Graft Investigation Officer I Evangeline Nuñal. “They need to deliver good service.”

Among the topics covered include Understanding Corruption, Accountability of Public Officers, Penalizing Corruption, and Making Difference in Public Service./WDJ
