Robber arrested near Bacolod City pension house

A trespasser of the Mirasol Building, located along Cuadra Street in Bacolod City, was arrested last Friday.
Police identified the suspect as 37-year-old Jorien Villanueva, a resident of Manapla, Negros Occidental.
According to Police Station 1 (PS1), the owner of the establishment, identified as Romulo Cabia, discovered the back door of the building had been destroyed and reported the incident to police.
A follow-up operation captured Villanueva near a local pension house; where a grinder, electric drill, exhaust fan, screw drivers, and chainsaws were seized from the suspect.
The suspect faces trespassing and robbery charges./WDJ
