Ground broken for San Jose Boulevard Esplanade project in Antique

A groundbreaking ceremony was recently held in San Jose de Buenavista, Antique for the San Jose Boulevard Esplanade, which is equipped with a P160 million budget and, upon completion, will measure 4.1-kilometers.

The project is an upgrade of the Barangay Comon-San Pedro coastal road.
Antique Governor Rhodora J. Cadiao thanked Senator Loren Legarda, who helped in acquiring the budget for the plan.
“More projects will be given to the province this coming year through the support of Senator Legarda,” she stated.
Also in attendance at the ceremony were Antique Vice Governor Edgar Denosta; Provincial Board Members Fernando Corvera, Errol Santillan, and Pio Sumande; Provincial Administrator Nery Duremdes; San Jose de Buenavista Mayor Elmer C. Untaran; Vice Mayor, Atty. Felix A. Saldajeno; town council members; among others./WDJ
