The Philippine Information Agency-Region VI (PIA-6) will be hosting a campus journalism seminar-workshop beginning today at the Sugarland Hotel in Bacolod City, and expected to run until Friday, September 15.

Around 200 junior and senior high school students are expected to participate in the program, which aims to impart the concept of development-oriented journalism.
Among the topics expected to be reviewed include lectures on news, features, sports, columns and editorials, and journalistic writing in Filipino; online journalism and online newsletter production; photojournalism; copy reading/headlining; and page design./WDJ
