Livingstone International School defeated the University of St. La Salle (USLS) over the weekend, 73-49, in the first game of the Philippine Taekwondo League junior men’s division at the SMX Convention Center at SM City Bacolod.
The winning squad includes 2017 Palarong Pambansa gold medal winner Lester Paolo Escasinas, Creoz Agassi Celiz, Lance Kaizzer Mohametano, and Jan Mickael Casana.
Also taking part in the competition are Negros Occidental High School, Negros Oriental State University, San Carlos High School, Bacolod City National High School, and Ramon Torres High School.
The tournament is expected to end during the last week of October./WDJ
