Polines: Drug personalities going to Bacolod City for supply

By Dominique Gabriel G. Bañaga

According to Silay City Police Chief, Police Superintendent Noel Polines, the supply of illegal drugs in Silay City is “becoming scarce,” which he credited to the city’s anti-illegal drugs campaign.

In a radio interview yesterday morning, Polines said law enforcement has arrested most of the known drug pushers in the city, adding cooperation from the local community aided in the process.

Based on their latest data, the city police chief said, due to the scarcity of drugs, local drug personalities are traveling to Bacolod City for their supply.

He added, the positive result from their anti-illegal drugs campaign will continue, provided the local community continues to cooperate with local police./DGB, WDJ
