Following the death of the top Western Visayas drug lord Richard ‘Buang’ Prevendido last Friday, Police Regional Office-6 (PRO-6) director, Police Chief Superintendent Cesar Hawthorne Binag, named Ernesto ‘Erning’ Bolivar as their next target.

Bolivar currently has a warrant for his arrest in violation of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and is said to be operating in the central part of Iloilo, along with Capiz.

PRO-6 spokesperson, Police Superintendent Gilbert Gorero, added Bolivar is also believed to be involved in gun-for-hire activities./WDJ
