Iloilo City Government recognized outstanding employees

Seven employees of the Iloilo City government were recently recognized during the recent 80th Charter Day Celebration with the awarding of the 2017 Most Outstanding City Government Employees awards at the Iloilo City Hall.

Metro Aide II Rey Malunda of the General Services Office was awarded for maintaining cleanliness in his area; Social Welfare Officer I Rosa Mae Aquit of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) was recognized for her work with the Dalayunan Home for Boys; Project Development Officer III, Arch. Keith D. Cameña, of the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) was awarded for developing street maps, a local shelter plan, Geographic Information System (GIS), and computer-aided design projects; Medical Technologist II Rosemarie Huelar of the City Health Office (CHO) was recognized for 34 years of service; Supervising Administrative Officer Ma. Lucy Sinay was awarded for her work at the Customer Care Center; Assistant Department head Cheryl Chan of the City Assessor’s Office (CAO) was recognized for her office receiving the 5S Award; and Engr. Nelson Parreño was honored for his work leading the Enhancing Tax Consciousness among Students through Tax Information Education Campaign./WDJ
