A newly born baby boy was abandoned along the roadside in Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City, Friday afternoon.
Police reports said the child was found along Macopa Street by a traffic enforcer.
The enforcer brought the baby to barangay officials, who turned over the baby to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) for a check-up.
Currently, barangay officials are conducting an investigation into the identification of the mother, whom they believe is a resident of the said area./WDJ
