The Visayas qualifying leg for Batang Pinoy 2017, originally planned for this month in Dumaguete City, was rescheduled and will take place from November 10 to 16.
However, despite changing to a later date, the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) affirmed the athlete substitution deadline remains the same, today, September 4.
The event, geared towards young athletes 17 years of age and below, seeks to foster self-discipline, teamwork, and the development of a healthy citizenry./WDJ
