A 76-year-old resident of Barangay Estefania, Bacolod City was arrested last Wednesday evening after being served a warrant for rape charges.
Police identified the suspect as Hernanie Guansing.
The suspect is currently under the custody of Police Station 4 (PS4), with bail set at P200,000./WDJ
