A reportedly jealous husband killed his wife in their home in Barangay Old Sagay, Sagay City, Negros Occidental, Thursday.
Police identified the fatality as Robleza Albrico and the suspect as her husband, Roel Albrico.
According to reports released by Sagay City police, the assailant admitted to losing his temper in regards to his wife frequently leaving the house.
He claimed to have discovered his wife had been seeing another man, which angered Albrico and resulting in him stabbing his wife.
The wife’s remains are currently at a local hospital, while the suspect is detained at Sagay City Police Station./WDJ
