
Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia addressed those gathered for the inauguration of a P43 million three-story classroom building at Sum-ag National High School last Friday.
In his message, the mayor reminded students and teachers to take care of the building, in order for the structure to serve students of the future.
Meanwhile, School Principal Warlito Rosareal said, “This project changes the landscape of Sum-ag National High School.”
Rosareal noted, two additional classroom buildings for the school are nearing their completion.
Since July, school buildings at Mansilingan Agro-Industrial High School, Emiliano Lizares National High School, and Luis Hervias National High School have been inaugurated.
Also in attendance at the inauguration were Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) Community Relations and Services Department Assistant Vice President Arnel Ignacio, Department of Public Works and Highways-Bacolod District Engineer Abraham Villareal, and Sum-ag Barangay Captain Rodney Carmona./WDJ
