The Association of Technical Institution in Negros Occidental (ATINO) will be organizing “Cosplay-The TESDA Way 2017” next week, August 23, at the 888 Chinatown Square Premiere Mall Event Center from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., as part of the observance of the 23rd founding anniversary of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
