Ceres-Negros FC is eyeing back-to-back wins over Philippines Football League (PFL) leaders Meralco Manila FC as they face off today at 4:00 p.m. at the Panaad Park and Stadium.
In their previous meeting last month at the Rizal Memorial Stadium, Ceres scored a huge 7-0 win over the Manila-based club.
“We must win this game,” said Ceres goalkeeper Louie Casas.
Meralco is currently coming off two consecutive wins in the PFL, defeating Kaya FC-Makati and Stallion Laguna FC; while Ceres is coming off a victory over Kaya, following their success in the AFC Cup ASEAN Zonal finals.
Admission to the match is free./WDJ
