The 13th Bacolod City Government Employees’ Basketball Association (BACGEBA) tournament kicked off last week at the BAYS Center, with Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia leading the opening ceremonies.

“I hope the basketball game will improve your relationships and camaraderie,” he said.
The tournament encompasses 12 teams, 10 of which are comprised of Bacolod City government employees and two from Davies Paint.
Also present during the ceremony were Bacolod City Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran and Secretary to the Sanggunian, Atty. Vicente Petierre III./WDJ
