Members of the Dynamic Football League (DFL) Under-12 football team, the Iloilo Football Association, La Salle Green Hills, and the De La Salle Santiago Zobel School flew to China over the weekend to participate in the ongoing Soong Ching Ling Cup, which takes place in the cities of Qinhuangdao and Beijing and ends on August 13.
Among the participating DFL players include Jan Diola, Robert Indiape, Matthew Jochico, Lance Locsin, Rodrigo Mariñas, Timothy Sarrosa, Jefferson Tolimao, Ronan Treyes, Asher Vicera, and Joshua Yee.
Leading the Philippine contingent are Negros Occidental Football Association (NOFA) President Ricardo Yanson, Jr., NOFA Secretary-General Ronald Allan Treyes, Gino Norcio, goalkeeping coach Ian Combate, and defensive coach Noriel Revilla./WDJ
