The most wanted drug personality in Calatrava, along with a suspected drug pusher, were caught in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Ani-e, Calatrava, Negros Occidental, Thursday.
Police identified the suspects as Pedro Pesanon, the top personality on the town’s drugs watch list and resident of Sitio Spur 2, Barangay Minapasok in the said municipality; and Nestor Dagooc, 61, a resident of Barangay Ani-e.
Calatrava town police chief, Police Chief Inspector John Joel Batusbatusan, said the suspects were arrested after they handed one sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop.
Confiscated from the suspects were one small and five big sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, one digital weighing scale, and suspected drug money
The suspects are under the custody of the Calatrava Municipal Police Station and face drug-related charges./WDJ
