A suspected 59-year-old drug pusher was caught selling a sachet of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation conducted by the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) of the Dumaguete City Police Station at Zone 4, Barangay Looc, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental Monday evening.
Police identified the suspect as Mario Reyes, a resident of the said barangay.
Reports released by Dumaguete City police note the suspect was caught selling a sachet containing suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer.
Upon searching the suspect, police confiscated three additional sachets of suspected shabu and the P500 bill used as marked money.
The suspected shabu weighed around 0.30 grams and was valued at P3,000.
Reyes faces illegal drugs charges and is detained at the Dumaguete City Police Station./WDJ
